Craigslist Marketing Terms of Service

Payment Agreement

The recurring price for craigslist marketing will be either $49.99, $50, or $75 and will be in effect immediately upon signup. The recurring price will be determined by a Blue Collar Marketing, LLC. representative. Each payment is non-refundable and must be paid in full in order for the craigslist marketing process to begin and continue for each month. The payment will be billed automatically each month through paypal subscription or paypal automatic billing. 

Services Provided

Blue Collar Marketing, LLC. will provide the following services: 

• Custom Craigslist Ad / Graphic Design – Up to 5 Images 
• 1 Craigslist Ad Post Every Week for 1 Location (Ex. Lakeland.craigslist.com)
• Your Email, Phone, & Contact Info Attached to the Craigslist Ad.
• Keyword Targeting (Ex. Professional Lawn Care Services)

Length of Service & Cancelation

This contract is a month to month agreement, meaning the following services will be provided after the payment agreed upon has been made each month. The client or a Blue Collar Marketing, LLC. representatives can cancel this agreement at any time. In order to cancel this agreement, contact a Blue Collar Marketing, LLC. representative via email and request the cancelation of Craigslist Marketing. This contract is in effect immediately after payment. 

Client Information Request

The client will be responsible for supplying all the images, testimonials, product descriptions, prices, services, contact information, and any other images or text requested by Blue Collar Marketing, LLC. 

Privacy & Security

Blue Collar Marketing, LLC. agrees to not reveal any sensitive or private information obtained while providing Craigslist Marketing services. Blue Collar Marketing, LLC. agrees not to share any usernames, passwords, codes, or any other private login credentials regarding the client. 

Topic Limitations

Blue Collar Marketing, LLC. refuses to engage in any topics regarding religious beliefs, political views, pornography/adult topics, sexual orientation, ethnicity & race, or any other topic Blue Collar Marketing, LLC. wishes to avoid.

Liability

Blue Collar Marketing, LLC. and its representatives will attempt to use their best judgment in regards to engaging with people, businesses, or other entities on the clients behalf. Blue Collar Marketing, LLC. is not held liable for anything seen as negative toward the client while providing Craigslist Marketing services. People, businesses, and other entities are unpredictable and Blue Collar Marketing, LLC. will not be held liable for their feedback, responses, engagement, or anything seen as negative toward the client. Blue Collar Marketing, LLC. is not liable for the number of leads and cannot guarantee the number of leads the client receives from Craigslist Marketing. Blue Collar Marketing, LLC. is not liable for and cannot guarantee the number of people that like, comment, share, click on, respond or react to the client’s ads on Craigslist. Blue Collar Marketing, LLC. is not responsible for responding to potential leads or customers on the client’s behalf; all leads generated from Craigslist Marketing will be the client’s responsibility to respond to. Blue Collar Marketing, LLC. is allowed to change and/or alter the information within this entire “Craigslist Marketing Terms of Service” at any time or for any reason.

Final Statements

Once Blue Collar Marketing, LLC. receives payment from the client for Craigslist Marketing, the client agrees to the statements made in this “Craigslist Marketing Terms of Service” and it becomes in effect immediately.
