Operating Names
All business conducted with or by Blue Collar Marketing, BlueCollarMarketing.com, any Blue Collar Marketing social media platforms, and any other Blue Collar Marketing assets, outlets, communications, or platforms will be done through Blue Collar Marketing, LLC.
Payment Agreement
Website Maintenance payments will be recurring monthly payments or annual recurring payments with the price being determined by Blue Collar Marketing, LLC.

Blue Collar Marketing will provide the following website maintenance services after receiving payment:

1 Website Change/Edit Per Month

Website Lifetime Warranty
All the services mentioned in the Services Provided section and their definitions will be determined by Blue Collar Marketing. Blue Collar Marketing is allowed to not supply any service if determined as unnecessary.
Length of Service
The length of Website Maintenance will be month to month unless the client has purchased a year in advanced worth of website maintenance.
Client Information Request
The client will be responsible for providing the needed information to setup their website on our server(s).
Cancelation
This terms of service is in effect as soon as payment has been recieved by the client. The client or a Blue Collar Marketing representative can cancel this agreement at any time.
Privacy & Security
Blue Collar Marketing agrees to not reveal any sensitive or private information obtained while using our website maintenance service. Blue Collar Marketing agrees not to share any usernames, passwords, codes, or any other private login credentials regarding the client.
Topic Limitations
Blue Collar Marketing refuses to engage in any topics regarding religious beliefs, political views, pornography/adult topics, sexual orientation, ethnicity & race, or any other topic Blue Collar Marketing decides to avoid.
Liability
Blue Collar Marketing and its representatives will replace a website that has crashed beyond repair. Blue Collar Marketing is not liable for any damages or errors to the website and these damages or errors will be determined by Blue Collar Marketing, LLC.
Final Statements
Once Blue Collar Marketing receives payment for website maintenance, the client agrees to the statements made in this “Website Maintenance Terms of Service” and are in effect immediately.
